any c+c would be helpful,as during the winter months i would like to expand my photography to more than birds.

I like the contrast and the look you have going with the storm clouds and the dark tower- it looks like a beautiful building and I would probably shoot it differently, not with the trees seeping into the middle of the pic so much, but that's just my opinion. It makes it hard for me to decide what to concentrate on, and I soon lose interest. At first I thought the tower was too dark up top, but then I noticed the crazy cloud action going on and it worked for me.

I also like more processed looking HDR shots for some reason, but most would probably disagree with that. Regardless, I think it's a great image that I would be proud of.

This is a dramatic shot, but it needs that shaft of light coming out of the sky and hitting the foreground trees to make the scene. You've got the right spot for the shot - just keep going back until you find the right lighting.

it's a beautifully composed shot. i thought that it's mood is better represented by cooling down the colors and darkening the clouds a bit.

reminds me of college.
