Can only see the riders face on two of them.
Poor back grounds, you need to crop the other bike riders out of the shots.

what would you suggest to get the faces clearer, less power? Bouce it off the concrete?

Poor composition on a lot of these, and they're just either A) not interesting or B) too busy.

thanks for the feedback, this was just a day hanging around the park. You seem to have actually set yours up so composition is something that i can do given time and people co-operating instead of just riding.
