Nice monochrome. Fairly nice tonal range.
I would burn in the lower half of the picture in order to lower the values of house roof and driveway - they are a little too prominent in relation to the rest of the scene.

I burned in the roof and driveway, cloned out the cable, and increased the overall brightness by a small amount. I think it looks better this way.
