More they're moving on and growing their skills. Jeff's around the Wedding Chat a lot too. Think of this as training wheels. Shoot more, post photos, and grow.

OK OK!!! Haha! I've only taken my camera out to get house pics lately, not even my kids have been in front of the lens. I REALLY need to get on it. I'm bummed though cause my favorite lens is broke, and I'm just going to need to all out replace it with a better one, and well, all funds are for the house now. I should just snap on my nifty, and get over it though. I know I'm loosing talent though becuase I'm not practicing. That's a bummer. I could book a wedding to pay for a new lens, but I'm out of practice, and haven't been advertising much since my cross country move... I know I need to get busy though.

Chet cute kid! I took my camera to the IL's last night. BIL is moving to SC, so I wanted to make sure to get some pics of him. I had such a migraine though since I'd seen some strobe action Saturday night. I wasn't in too much pain, but was so dizzy I almost fell into the tub from the toilet (IME that's pretty dizzy) and could hardly walk without holding onto the walls and counters. I handed the camera over to Hubby, and when I did have it I wasn't paying attention to any settings etc. It was SO heavy even with just the nifty and no flash. I imagine it's something like drunken shooting. It'll be funny to upload those and review them.

Nice Chet. I really like the second one. The processing really works well.

Oh my gosh! I'm at work right now and about 2 minutes ago a couple walked in. The gentleman walked right up to the counter and said that his wife was just in an accident and they wanted to have the car towed here to have it repaired. I wasn't sure if he was joking or not but he looked serious enough so I slowly replied, "Ummmm, this is a scuba shop." It was only then that they looked around and realized they were in the wrong place, and then asked, "Then where's the place we need to go?" Where we are located, we have Thompson Toyota Dealership on our left and Thompson Collision Center on our right with fair sized parking lots between each buildings. I know our building doesn't LOOK like an indoor pool but we do have a big sign on the front of the building and a store full of scuba gear, and they were standing right in the middle of the store. They even had to walk right past a mannequin in full dive gear to reach the counter. I guess this proves what I said to one of the Sheriff's that works here..."People now-a-days are too UN-observant."

Hey! How are you all doing lately? I'm back home and no summer madness, so I'll be around a little more. Love seeing the pictures here. Chet, nice stuff.

That's just too much, Chris! Maybe the dive shop owner should change his name from Thompson?

Then wander to one of the slower-moving threads, like The Photo Below Me Chat or Red Ringed Tupperware Party or Wedding Chat. That's where Tiff, Chet and Bootsie have gone.

I likes this little dinosaur. I never knew they made them this small. He looked no more than 2 feet long.
