Thanks. Today was supposed to be his third surgery, he's sailing along right where he should be, but the surgeon left town to go fight the health care reform thing, and I get the feeling he left his patient in the ICU without a plan or even a understanding of which doctor in his practice will pick up for him, so they're just pushing him back until they get around to him, and I'm MAD.

He's sedated on the same meds that Michael Jackson died on (MUCH lower doses) cause he's on a ventilator and they need him to be sedated, but as soon as he's stable from this third and hopefully last surgery they said they'd take him off. So WHY should we postpone that when he's showing NO signs of needing to wait at all for more surgery? OH joys. I get to go raise a ruckus today.

Wow Kay, I'm mad for you. More prayers his way.

Thanks Chet. I found out this morning that they did drop the ball. It's not Kevin's health that's postponing this surgery. I need to go sign consent forms so that on the slim chance that the doctor can free himself up, the OR is free, and they can staff it that he can go in immediately. They should have scheduled this DAYS ago.

Thanks! I think it's my favorite is well. Think I'll re-shoot it with the new plexi to get rid of the double shadow.

Might try a lower angle as well. It makes it look bigger, more realistic.

Z scale (1:220). Have way to much invested in these, wish I could sell the whole lot for 1/2 what I paid for them, even 1/4 would buy a 5d mkii a 7d and some nice glass.

Sweet Shots!

Good news, Hubby's OK. He's still going to be in the ICU for a while, and isn't out of the woods, but they closed up his wound and let him come out of the induced coma.

Some more...
The CP I used is a piece of junk, wrecked most of my portraits. (Why I processed them the way I did.)

I'm glad things are working out. It must have been a real tough couple of days.

Chet: Awesome shots, very autumnal.
