My work is having a thing for kids in 2 weeks and they are finally wanting to get rid of taking the Santa pictures with the polaroid camera and was wondering what you would suggest to give prints to them in less than a few minutes. I have the canon 30 and 40d cameras and was wondering if there was some sort of cable to go straight to the printer or computer that i could use while taking more pictures if that makes sense.

i would recommend one of the Canon Selphys if all you need are 4x6 prints. Very small, can connect directly to the camera or you can plug in the flash card directly. Glossy photos with good color, prints quickly. Print cost is around 25c each, depending on where you buy the media. Prints can be touched right out of the printer. Prints with borders or borderless. You will need a power source. Not battery operated.

Color? It's all relative...

If you have your original Canon software discs, you can use Zoombrowser to take images directly from the camera to a computer, using a USB cable, then you can print from Zoombrowser.

If you want to spend some extra money, Breeze Systems has DSLR Remote Pro, which has an extra photobooth function that might be useful. (external link)
