Hi, every time after service, my camera body looks like new, I have tried to clean myself a few times, but always not very good looking. The hand hold part alway look dirty. Does anyone knows what type of cleaning are they using? lotion or some other way?

Thanks!

Why refer someone to a thread that does not have the answer the OP is looking for?

I would also like to know what Canon uses to clean the cameras, especially the handhold grips.

It may not state what exactly Canon uses, but it may give him some ideas that he hasn't tried yet.
