Most every Jacksonville Jaguar game they have a flyover of jets or helicopters at the end of the National Anthem. This past game they had a Stealth Bomber flyover. Very, very quiet and alien looking. I can see why they would have UFO sitings while they we testing this thing. This was shot with my 40D, Canon 100-300, ISO 800, 1/2000, f10. I had the camera at ISO 800 because I was shooting things down on the field in the shade when it flew over.

Nice catch with a little flag in it as well...

Definitely a nice touch with the flag in it.

Here's couple more. This one with the flag had some wires in the upper left that I had to remove. It does have a little more flag in it.

Those things are spooky quiet. I was amazed when they flew over my college campus one day on their way to Fairchild AFB. Super-cool, those.

I saw one for about .2 seconds during a Miramar Air Show a few years ago. It was flying over seas somewhere and just happened to by going by Southern California, so they dipped below the clouds for a split second over the base before dissappearing again and flying away. It was so surreal that I'm still not sure it really happened. Cool stuff, for sure.

I remember the first time I saw one the announcer told us to all look to the right for we were about to see a high speed pass that we did not want to miss. Everyone is looking to the right when suddenly we see it fly right over our heads back to front.

Nobody heard it, until we simultaneously saw it directly over us. We're all looking to the right, cameras, binoculars, hand shaded eyes all straining for a spec on the horizon that would soon pass us by. The "oohs", "aahs", "wows", and "holy sh!!s" were plentiful. The man next to me and I started talking and agreed that were damn glad that thing was on our side, because had we been enemy, we would have heard the wind passing over the bombs landing on us before we heard that plane!

Luckily, they made several passes after the initial one, but man was that a cool demonstration!

Not as quiet when your driving by them during their pre-flight checks on the flightline. Then you mix that with the F-15s, F-16s, A-10s, and goodness knows what else during Red Flag at Nellis and you know why I had to leave lol.

I love the flag in the shots, really adds to the patriotism of the shots!

Nice....I remember the flyby here a couple years ago....almost whisper quiet compared to other aircraft.

Awesome.. I've always wanted to see one. Every Sunday that there's a game in Jacksonville I hear/see the jets and I was wondering why I didn't hear anything during the last game, now I know :)
