I saw some references in this forum to 1D Mk IV specs. Maybe there is nothing official yet, but for those who wonder what other companies do:

personally I'd bet the 1DsIV is ~30mp with ~15mp sRAWs.

Yes, if you go FF and take into account the crop factor. 39mp isn't bad at all. I ahve not checked your calculations, will take your word for it.
