just keep posting and keep viewing and keep learning...gosh Chet, I've been examining photos minutely over the last couple of months (getting ready to make the book polls public) and all I can say is that whenever I think I'm good, I just need to start looking at other people's work for a while. Then I feel like sitting in a corner and playing jacks.

I'm in, going for onesies.

I finished loading the pics from Mojave National Preserve. They can be found here (external link).

really nice set Eric. I like your B&W conversions a lot. The sand shots were great too...the bird prints on the side of that one shot was so nicely composed...and I don't know what that little black bird was but that's a great shot.

Very nice gallery. Just something about a lonely windmill that I always love.

Thank you

I was one who was fairly harsh on him for the first 1 1/2 years after his reckless hit on Moore, but about a year ago after seeing an interview with him, have soften my feelings. With the new rules that came in last year, there has been way less of this type of thing happening, which is good for the sport.

I know and I am trying. The thing is if he had squared up to Steve and the same type of injuries were sustained I wouldn't have a thing to say. He is supremely talented.

Books on tape. That's all I have to say about that.

Thank you all. It means a lot. I have a real interest in B&W and all things country. This guy is kinda my hero (external link), you have to see his prints in person. You just can't see the huge tonal variations he was able to produce on a monitor.

I got caught up looking at the Harvey Caplin Collection. That and vacuuming before the wife gets home.
