 Wow, that is only 1 lb less than Jasper is right now, on big kitty cat for sure. :D

wow Lonnie, I HOPE Calypso doesn't get that large!!

If he had his way, he'd sleep on my chest every day while I'm in bed. Yeah.... He loves to cuddle, but that doesn't always work out so well.

Honestly, with his tabby-kinda markings, I've sometimes wondered if he might not actually have some *big" cat blood in him. He has that tabby look, and tabbies do resemble bobcats a bit. I really have no idea just what he is. He sure doesn't have a bobcat's temperament, though. He's painfully shy and spends most of his time (when he's not trying to cuddle with me) hiding in the bathroom or kitchen cabinets.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

lol! I've been trying not to use the "awesome" (sorry Neil) word  but honestly some of those underwater shots are "extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration"

And a rubber lens hood to let you keep the lens shielded from reflections and snug against the glass.

That one I left at home.:( Terri add that post-it, lots of reflections to deal with as most of the signs on the opposite walls are lit.

I hear you, every time I think of using the word "awesome", the denouncement of the word by Neil ALWAYS pops into my head.

I've got some somewhere too that are nowhere near this nice but I'm keeping 'em anyway :) Which reminds me...I'm so far behind in processing. I STILL want to do my desert shots...I've got some beautiful things from there. I've got all the Hawaii shots and that doesn't include one wedding I need to process and various misc. shoots that are worth doing. Oi.

Chester is gone....

with the understanding that if he hasn't found a home by the end of the month, we will take him back in for longer fostering.

And after talking with the lady from the rescue place, and telling her everything about him, she told us that she'd be taking him home with her to spend the holidays, rather than taking him to the rescue shelter home. (WOO HOO!)

we had a lot of the same fish in our Hawaii snorkeling shots. I'm gonna have to process those. The only one I don't recognize is that top big one (oh and the polka dotted one in photo 2).

My son, dil, and grandsons are leaving on Sunday for a 2 week vacation in Kona... I told them to watch out for strong currents if they go snorkeling!
