Northern Flicker, Towhee and I.D. help

I have been trying for what seems like forever to get a shot of a Northern Flicker. Seems like I'm always in the wrong place at the wrong time. Well today, I finally got one. Not the best picture but its something to build on. C&C are always welcome. Thanks for looking.

Nice shots. I believe the last is a juvenile yellow-bellied sapsucker. :D

Nice series Kris! I agree, as common as the Northern Flicker seems to be, it is awfully skittish--at least in my experience. Beautiful pose in #2.

Thanks Dennis. I was in a blind when I got the flicker shot so he didn't see me. This is the closest I've ever been to one without it flying off.
