The aim is to get away without being hit to speed away. Getting hit is virtually like ice hockey, its allowed but there are rules to it all.

I had to post these. The kid got cut off by someone and I was sure he was hurt. I ran over to him and he was fine except for the wind being knocked out of him. He was so stoked on the photos he brought his dad in and bought them.

Dive gone wrong. This could have been bad, but he recovered quickly and got that mask back on before anything happened:

The ankle ones are the worst, followed closely by the bull riding ones, for me anyways. Here's a cute one - nobody remotely injured:

Here is a few from this past weeks Varsity game. It was a big rivalry game so the stands were packed and it was a physical game.

But... Isn't the point of this thread that someone IS about to be injured?? Not that I would ever wish pain on anyone, nor am I criticizing your photo... I agree, it's cute. But the fact is (and the point of this thread is) that when we are shooting sometimes we see people get hurt, we capture the injury, and the pain, or we capture what LOOKS like it's going to be painful.

That's what we are sharing here... those photos that show pain about to happen. (Or in some cases, happening!!)
