I don't see the impending pain. What's happening? Did the goalie just get beaned?

When playing water polo back in school, we had shallow ends. The goalies could stand and even jump when down there. To compensate, the goals were bigger on that side. I was working on a "skip shot" one day. I fired a doozy. The goalie knew it was coming and jumped....right into the path of the ball. Needless to say, his nose was instantly shattered. It looked like a shark attack in the pool. I wish I had a picture of it.

By the way, the game alone has impending pain in it everyday if you've ever played it. Very dirty game. ;)

This was an MMA fight at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The fight was over less than 45 seconds after this with the kid on top chocking the other kid out with a rear naked choke. The gym was pitch black and I had 6 floodlights for light and my best lens only went to f3.5 and my ISO was 1600 with a shutter of 250. As ruff as they are I still like the shots and so did the kid that I took them for.

I did watch more than once; I'm still puzzled how the rider caught that much air, though :s That was pretty impressive

This is from Wednesday. The girl in black did end hurt, but luckily nothing that bad happened (to the best of my knowledge). Looks like it had the potential to be a torn ACL...

Certainly an MCL any way, and if you look close, she's already got a big zipper on the inside of her knee.
