Hi! I was going through some photos I took a couple of years ago, and I found this one of a friend. I did some skin retouching, and cropped it. The photo is originally portrait orientation, but I also cropped it horizontally as I thought it looked good. The eyes in the photo are very attractive, and since the original photo was a big overexposed because of flash I wondered what you thought of my edits. Two are with a more original colour and two are more saturated. It's been quite a pain to change colours as the original photo was already very red/orange.

Which ones do you like more?
Any suggestions for the colours? or is it ok like this?

I like the first because it is the most destaurated of the group - but I really like desaturation. I'd try going further with the desaturation for the whole image but leaving the eyes as is. And the aspect ratio of the first is my favourite as well.

Canon XTi / 55-250mmIS / NiftyFifty / 75-300mm / 430EX II / hopefully a whole lotta luck

thanks, i've already tried playing with desaturate, going towards a black and white with only the eyes but it didn't seem good.
I guess I'll have to keep playing around with it.
