As much as I try to sell here first, I got about $60 more for a Tamron lens on ebay than the best offer I got here. It pays to market to the uninformed, apparently.

Sometimes those fees bring you back down to what you'd have gotten on here, and you have less risk here. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

After seeing this thread I did some poking around to see if this could affect me in the future. Megapixels and high ISO are a digital photographers heroin. Once you have a little, you just want more and more. It doesn't stop until your bank account is run dry.

As ridiculous as eBay and PayPal fees have become I'd rather sell a lens or body for $50-100 less here and give someone a deal than give eBay a large chunk of my sale. Gear & Feedback

I have a 100% positive Ebay feeback with over 85 transactions dating back to 1999 and have been a PayPal member since 2000. I guess that isn't enough of a history for them. Bad move on their part.
