nice sharpness in the hair and the eyes but you might want to smoothen her skin... thats my take on it.

Thanks. I did do some skin smoothing but I didn't want to go too far as I don't like the plastic skin look.

lighting looks good to me. Sharpness is great, and you have good background separation. Skin looks good, don't touch it, I don't like the plastic look either. If anything, I would like to see more of a smile. But that's just me.

i would have framed it to the left a little so her hair won't be at the edge... else than this you are lucky having a gr8 model and you took use of that with a gr8 picture

Gorgeous photo but i would do just A VERY LITTLE bit more skin cleaning :)

I like the composition, but the left side of her face (actual left) is a bit too hot for me. Maybe highlight recovery?
