Octabank and Octabox is the same thing. Wescott calls it that, Profoto calls it Octa Softbox (Profoto has a 5' version). The same confusions go to beauty dishes, PCB/Profoto calls them beauty dish, while Elinchrom calls them Softlite reflectors.

That's what I thought.

Mine's only 4' though, which is still pretty big.

USAF Thunderbirds have a show on Hickam AFB 19-20 Sep 09. I rented a Canon 100-400L and took some practice shots from Magic Island with Norris.

^ nice shot. They also have their practice on Friday afternoon 3-4 I think. So was anyone else going to the airshow to take pictures?

I think there will be a few members here attending the air show, but I'm not sure on which day. I'll be there on Sat. When I review my pictures that night, I'll determine if I need to go back on Sun.

Shon - The T-birds will be practicing on Thur and Fri. Take shots of them during that time. Can you take photos from Hickam beach? Kyllie's eyes are so adorable!
