I need some inspiration. I normally shoot ourside, but with the rain and cold and soon to be snow and really cold I can only do so much outside without losing a finger or two.

I'm planing some macro shoots inside for the thanksgiving holiday. Other then that I really don't do much still life. It's not like I haven't gotten through a few winters but this year I'm feeling it big time. I've seemed to have lost my photo-mojo.

Go out and buy yourself a new camera body or lens... That always gives new inspiration

You must live somewhere near me, (NE Ohio) where the weather is atrocious! Heck, the birds don't even come around anymore! Agreed--the weather is behaving like mid-January and not November by any stretch.

It's going to be a long winter, I fear.

If it is any consolation, check out the recent BBC Wildlife Awards - a lot of award-winning photos taken in inclement weather.

I shot maybe 20pics at the Christmas parade last weekend, but before then it was about 2 weeks since I picked up my camera. I've lost interest in shooting for now, but I've lost interest in alot of things with this crap weather... mostly been sitting around and watching TV. I know I'll get inspired again, perhaps after I find a deal on a second speedlite for some wireless flash photography.

I love the rain. Some of my best pics were taking while it was raining.
