Here is the story - I am the team photographer for a minor league hockey team. They are putting together a calendar and I am starting the shooting today (yep- they are doing it last min) anyway-- they want sexy-- a little pushing the edge but not too much.
Here is the plan for today-- two hockey players - both of whom are firefighters in their home town in Canada. We are shooting at a fire station in the area--- I am thinking one player-- with firemans pants (turnout pants) with suspenders etc-- boots -- no shirt-- hockey stick on one hand-- backdrop is fire truck-- maybe an axe etc---
my setup will be smoke machine--- portable strobist stobe setups---
Anyone have any ideas that will help. I am typically someone who will go with what I invision will work-- I have not been inside this location before--- so I might have to have a tight shot on one---
separate shots-- not both together--- any creative ideas?
