Hey guys,

I'm going to the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas today to watch Disney On Ice. Well, I called them and spoke with one woman who said no "commercial" type cameras are allowed. I called back later to verify and spoke with a younger woman and she said it would be ok as long as it does not have a big lens attached. I don't know who to believe lol. I want to take my camera in and possibly keep my 55-250 in my pocket and change it out while inside. Has anyone experienced any issues going there?

Thank you!!

Hey Dave, didn't see your post until today and was wondering how you came out. I have taken a MKllN in several times and had no problem.

That's fine. Thanks for replying!

I made it in with my XTi with no problems!! I had it disguised in a diaper bag and covered it with diapers and clothes lol...They didn't even bother to search any bags so I should have been fine without covering it in diapers.

Glad you made it. Several weeks ago I went to a Rodney Harrington (sp) at the Will Rogers Auditorium and it was a big no no. I had the 85L and told them there would be no flash, but they said NO PICTURES PERIOD, so I had to take it back to the car (which I sure don't like leaving my equipment in (especially in areas like that).
