This kid needs a hug. I'm not a fan of headlights (dual catchlights) in the eyes; but this is a nice capture for the family album I guess.

I think you capture the look very well but based on what I've read re: Ms Greenberg and her methods, there are other photographers more worthy of being emulated...

The picture made more sense to me when you showed the type of picture you were trying to recreate.

I don't really understand all of the criticism of her style. It is what it is and hotspots are not necessarily always evil.

Did you use two lights at 45 degrees + a ringflash and bg light???
