Just wondering if this shot does anything for anyone... how can I make it pop if it's not pop-worthy enough? Feel free to PP however you like...

It is a neat abstract. I am not super into macro, so I cant recommend any changes, but I think it is a quality image. I like canon glass.

Thanks a lot - that's kinda the thing I was going for - an atmosphere piece. I decided to leave it the way it was because it felt unobtrusive to me - but I kinda like LeuceDeuce's version too... There are some nice examles in the macro forum, I even posted one some time ago. EOS 5D II, 40D, Sony R1, Olympus 1030, Canon S5-IS.

I have done some focus stacking but with smaller subjects (greater magnification shots). With something as big as a dandelion, you aren't magnifying that much so just stopping down does pretty well. Here's one of mine. EOS 5D II, 40D, Sony R1, Olympus 1030, Canon S5-IS.
