Hi, I made this collage and I used the free transform tool while holding the shift key and my pics are distorted. Am I using it wrong? I have cs3.

Thanks
Teeny

not sure if this will help... but, did you let go of the shift button before the mouse? make sure you let go of the mouse button while shift is still held down, then release shift... that could be it?

also, you could convert them to smart objects... this will allow you to come in and resize multiple times without loosing quality.
