ok so i purchased a nifty from b&h and Ups never delivered. they have gone throught the tracer investigation and couldnt find any mishandling. Im guessing it was stolen after drop off.
Anyways, b&h are going through the insurance claim now before they give me a new one.

has anyone else ever been through this?

i'll let you know how it goes but so far so good
