Well guys & girls!

I am officially 5D Mark II happier tonight!!:)
I bought it from a local seller and he claimed it was bought only a month ago!
Well I check the battery information and it only had a 250 clicks!

With Ricardo222 handy guide ;) , I carefully checked around the Camera and I was very very satisfied with the condition! (Minor scratch on the LCD monitor, condition 9.5/10)
24~105 L looked flawless in my eyes (Condition 10/10).

I was originally going to buy it off from another seller but she back out at last minutes (for $2950 claimed for 5000clicks and 1 year old). However I am much happier to drop my $3100 to the Camera that I know it was almost a new from the box!

As I drool all over looking at your pictures in this thread, maybe now it’s time for me to go out and shoot!! I am so excited!!!

Cheers!

Don't want to rain on your parade, but the battery information screen shows approximately how many shutter actuations are remaining on that battery charge, not how many total actuations on the shutter.

And that's only the count after the battery was registered.

My mistake~

It seems like he already regester, as I try do it.
And it shows it took 250 clicks.

Am I looking at it wrong? lol
But still happy with the Camera~

Thanks!

Yeah, my mistake. It is the count of shutter actuations on a battery (registered in the camera), not the approximation of remaining shutter actuations on that battery charge.

Anyway there are utilities available that will allow you to determine the actual total number of shutter actuations on the body.

Don't worry about how many clicks an almost new camera has made....just go out and make a whole lot more.
My old D5 came back from a cleanup after I bought the Mk2 and it has under 40K even after a whole heap of work. That's what they do best, Cooly.
Anyway, please keep us posted on your progress.

the shutter count life is only applicable if you shot using the shutter button, you can shoot more if you use a remote control shutter release. So if you want to extend the life of the shutter buy a remote control or use a computer to release the shutter. :-)
I should not worry much about shutter count enjoy your camera.

I just bought a new 5D2, and tested the raw files. Whenever I choose raw only mode, i can download the CR2 file to my computer. But when i chose Raw+M, both files become jpeg, anyone know about this issue? I think i made such a dumb mistake to the point where i can't recognize what's wrong with it :). I transfer the file with the usb cable, if it's helping.
