True story this, as told by keepers today: There are a pair of wild kestrels nesting in the zoo, and from time to time Solo gets into a fight with his male counterpart. Apparently this happened yesterday, and before his keepers could get to grips with the situation, he 'crashed landed' inside the tiger enclosure, where upon the otherwise docile Sumatran tigers set upon him, to the keeper's horror. At one stage one of them had Solo in their mouth, but curiously didn't bite. Then, incredibly, little Solo starting fighting the tigers back with it's little beak, to the amazement of the keepers who were frantically trying to get the tigers into their den to recover him. When they finally did, they expected Solo to be dead, or have fatal wounds, and rushed him to the vet hospital. A few ruffled feathers, from impacting the cage. That was all.
