Today it's a car window but next month, after going to court and feeling like they've been pi$$3d on, they'll haul off and torch your house.

no.. no charges were filed because of other issues at the time.

i had talked to their mother about it.. and she instantly said it was a race thing.. i gave her the video tape.. her kid was still wearing the same hoodie...

she instantly got crazy.. so i just dropped it.

Hmm. Now that is good logic there. Make the victim responsible for the thieves actions. Seems to me that is why the world is in the shape it is as noone has personal accountability anymore. There is always someone else to blame.
