That's suck :(
instead of a full refund maybe have the seller give back a few hundreds. Even with 81k shots it still consider "low".

plus 1 - youll never know when it will go on an "old" camera, mine went at 50.000 other might go at 250.000 or 10.000, ask for some money though because the guy have tried to play you.

Yes I did ask for money off but they said no & I thought fair enough.

I will keep an eye out just to see what they advertise it at though.

I'd rather wait and see what else comes up.

Well I went and picked it up today. Got to work, took a shot and ran 1DCount over it - 81446. Not quite the 7650 as advertised. Taking it back tomorrow for a refund :(

Hmmmm... Reminds me of what I mentioned a few pages back... Seller said it had only a little over 7k of actuations... When I recieved it, I brought it to CPS immediately to get it cleaned/calibrated, any related body history on it, and have them get the "real" actuation count... They said it was at 102k, but the shutter assembly was replaced at the 95k mark... Simple math equates to 102k - 95k = 7k... I asked if they reset the actuation count when you get a new shutter assembly and they simply said "not always..." You honestly won't know the "real" actuation count unless Canon does it for you... Anyhoo... Sorry to hear about your issue, bigrob... Best wishes on whatever you do...

There is another utility that reads the camera for shutter count not the files, can someone remind me the name?
