Post Processing can be done using many different types of software available. Photoshop is just one of the more widely known ones.

It's amazing how little PP work you really need to do to guys with acne. Be real careful with the bandaid tool. Make sure you work at 100% and make the circle as small as possible. Don't use the spot heal, use the regular heal and make sure you sample from good areas that match tonally.
