My camera bag was stolen probably at Leicester Services on 29th November.
Contained Canon 20D + Canon EFS 17-55 IS 2.8 usm + hood in a Lowepro 200 AW Slingshot camera bag.

I feel it may appear on ebay soon. The seller obviously will have no
boxes or documentation.

Apologies if this is not the right place, but I could find nowhere else to point this out.

Feel free to move this somewhere elsei

Just keep searching the internet and look out for it or someone who doesn't know what they have.

Sorry to hear it, hope you can find it again.

Yes - I am insured and another 17-55 is actually on the way to me now. Its first time I have let my son borrow the camera - he was transferring stuff between two work vans at the Service station (it was dark) The vans were parked about 4 bays apart and probably an opportunistic thief opened the passanger door (the bag was in the footwell). He didn't know it had gone until he got back to work & was moving stuff back into his car to go home.
It was a 2nd hand body(I also have a 30D) , and the lens had been recently repaired (I fell) so maybe it is a 'silver lining' theft. :).
I won't replace the 20D as am saving up for a 5D - so the cash payout will come in handy.
