I just thought I'd share my joy...I received a phone call from Arlington Camera. www.arlingtoncamera.com (external link) and they informed me that I won a messenger bag from the drawing I entered at their open house!! I have outgrown the small bag I have now so this is exactly what I've been wanting!!! I think I'll still buy a lowepro, but this is the best news I've had this week!!! :)

Just picked it up yesterday! And it seems quite hefty..extremely bigger than the bag I had before, but it fits everything I need and has extra room. The only downside is that they gave me the plum version :(. She said that was the only color they had for that giveaway..eh, it's still a nice looking bag though!! I'll post some pictures in the "Show Us Your Bag Thread" :)..now that I have a bag nice enough to show!!

Thanks for the comments!

I believe this is the exact same bag that I have..like I said the color isn't the best, but I can't be picky since it was free :)

It's actual not bad of a color. I'd sport it if it was free.

Nice bag, shame about the colour!

Seriously - well done on the win. I think i would try to dirty that bag up though so it didnt look quite as purple (maybe use fabric paint or something similar - justy make sure its fixed once dry

Thanks! My fiance suggested to try and dye the bag, but I don't want to make it look worse so I think I might just stick with that color.
