Hey everyone,

In a few months i'm going to be covering a 3 day event in california..it's a big meeting with some guest speakers, cocktail parties, and so on... my question is...how would YOU advertise your site to sell the prints? I'm already getting paid really well for the event, but how would you get the word out that prints are available to the people? I dont think goign up to everyone and handing them business cards would be best...

what would you do?

Have some signs printed and put them around the event on stands, that's what I do, you can get them in 20x30 plastic for about $20.00 great advertising

Do the attendees of this event receive a welcome packet of any kind? Maybe you could include a card in the welcome packet with all of your info on it......

Sounds like a conference.

Put your contact details in a box with the message and the availablility of prints. There's probably evening dinners right? Speeches and presentation of prizes/awards go well.

What do you mean put them in a box?

Yes it's a big conference (1000+ people)

Put some text about your contact details in the conference brochure, and frame it with four lines at 90 degrees to each other and all connected.

Do the original, try to notice who speaks the most to the most people and pass out business cards accordingly. Also, see if the event planners have a email and or snail mail mailing list and spend the money to mass advertise a little.
