ok so i am trying to inlude a password for one of my categories but i dont know where to do that.

i see where i can do it for sub-categories, but is there a way for the entire one or do i need to do it for all the subcategories?

example... i want to make family and friends private... under that i have 2 subcategories and an album.

i just want someone to have to enter 1 password for access to all of family and friends..

I believe you need to do it for the individual galleries. I'm also on smug and haven't figured out how to do it for categories yet, only individual galleries. Are you part of dgrin.com? They may have a better answer for you.

You can't p/w protect a whole category or sub-category "at once".

You need to protect each album with the "Customize" button.

One good thing (and bad if you're really lazy) is if you use the same password for more than one album visitors only enter it once and all the albums are viewable. Very handy for private family stuff.
