Yes - I have been very impressed in general. I will find some specific images, but most of the ones here:

were enfused in LR and then tweaked in CS3. I was shooting RAW in bright, late morning/noon sun at -2/0/+2 AEB handheld for each image. Not as dramatic as the interior church images on the website for LREnfuse, but the lighting in my shots was really harsh, so just being able to automate the blending process was a great thing. I also tried several variations within Photomatix, but did not get the desired results. On a couple of the shots I also experimented will fill flash but did not like the results compared to the Enfused, ambient light shots with multiple exposures - for example, this backlit shot was much more successful with a blend of three exposures:

I will dig up the RAW images for some of the shots and post some small JPEGs of them here when I get a chance so you can see the original images that LREnfuse worked from.

Here is a representative, untouched-from-RAW exposure sequence:

-2

+2

EXIF intact. I should have bumped the ISO to 100 and used faster shutter speeds for less movement and shake between and within image captures, but the IS lens helped there. You can see how the bright sky and strong backlighting gave the middle exposure underexposed subjects, especially the shadows, as one would expect. I was shooting with the intent of combining the images later, so I was not so concerned about the underexposure in the middle image of the sequence. The -2 image was for the sky and background, the 0 image was for the general subject and the +2 image was for the shadows which, in this backlit case, provide a lot of subject detail.

I shot several sequences of this subject, so this sequence may not be the exact one that went into forming the image in the previous post, but the sequence is essentially similar in framing and exposure to the others I shot. Once Enfused, I did some PP in CS3 - I may have gone a little too far in restoring the saturation from the bleached out harsh light of the original RAWs, but the subject matter and my interpretation of it are worth it. This is a shot of a life-sized sculture of a recreation of a scene from a Monet painting, as are several sculpture scenes in this amazing ground. I remembered the scene as brightly colored painted statues, so I went for it in PP.

The nice thing about Enfuse is the lack of artifacts (halos, color shifts, etc.) that occur during tonemapping in Photomatix and other HDR packages. I can bring out the contrast and bump the saturation, etc. and balance the light in PS with curves, etc. to get the extended dynamic range without a lot of the undesirable artifact. It is handy to be able to work straight from within LR, at least in my workflow. I donated to the guy and got the "full" version and have not been disappointed.

Thanks Kirk...
This is a handy tool to have in ones kit and you have achieved a great result there...
It does not look like an overdone HDR but it does have something special too it...

That's a very good description of the result. You're welcome.
