Look on eBay. Shouldn't cost you much more than $50-$60 for one. Jon

Not to mention the fact that the serial number on the lens will not match the serial number on the box (so a buyer would know that something's up, unless you disclose that info prior to the sale). Having a box available for lens resale will not increase the sale price of the lens by a substantial amount (L lenses are generally overpriced on the used market already). After reading this thread, I was thinking of squashing and tossing all the boxes I have for my Canon stuff to make some extra room on a shelf, and then I thought about the post above about sales of boxes on ebay. Does anyone have any experience selling the boxes? I have boxes for my 20D, 16-35 f/2.8L, 24-70 f/2.8L, and 70-200 f/2.8L IS. Since I have never sold a camera or lens in 40 years, I have no need for the boxes. Trading them for $$$, on the other hand, seems better than tossing them. Any potential buyers out there? ![]() Its the boxes with the DNA strands on the front! EOS 5D Mark III
