Finally. I got some info from a local birding club I belong to and was able to track down this beautiful GHO roosting this morning.

Thanks to you all. Much appreciated. I did do a bit of post-processing on the one to lighten up the photo. The bird was tucked into a nice comfortable shady spot in the evergreen tree.

I was lucky to track this one down based upon information from folks at my birding club.
I saw it again today but unfortunately no photos. A blustery day and he/she was more alert than yesterday and wouldn't sit still.
