originally taken with 5D & 100mm macro. Printed with the gum bichromate process over cyanotype. each print takes about 8 hours to complete! feedback welcome!

yep! that's the idea of the series. hey, when all my other scheduled people back out on me the night of the shoot, I grab anyone walking around the studio & halls :D

I bet you loved the process. We give much more of ourself doing this kind of print.

My favorite work was in the darkroom, we definitely put more work into our shots rather than, "I'll fix it in Photoshop later... there is no photoshop, or sliders.

Great series, I loved the expression on the last image.

Ya know, I used to be all about digital... doing this has taught me patience more than anything. I can see myself using a hybrid workflow from here on out honestly. There's a certain nostalgia of these prints in person that just cannot be created any other way.
