Not sure what that is, but from the pelicans I've seen that is not one of them. Looks like some sort of gull. Was it sick?

its a seagull my fault...can a mod change that to sick seagull please? yea id def say it was sick...all the other ones flew away and he just sat there and kept opening and closing his mouth...and now im thinking why didnt i get more shots of him doing that ???
