Thought I would put up a quick positive story about canon. My 50D died, it couldnt be turned on. I tried a new fully charged battery and still no go. the strange thing was the battery would run out of power. I tried it with a couple batteries and still the same. I sent it into canon, they called and asked about it. They told me they would fix it and anything else they could find wrong with it. It took three days to get the camera to them and after the call i had it back in two. Thats pretty good turnaround
