yea i was wanting to buy a used mint 40d but i kinda would like the warranty so i guess ill shell out the extra cash. i dont think im gonna get the kit if i can come up with enough money im gonna get a 70-200f4L to go along with it

I do believe they are the 85L II (obviously that's readable) the 70-200 2.8 IS on camera, and what looks to be the 135L on the right.
