I got it for a very cheap price and it mostly spends time in my car. Canon is my main body with all the lenses. Adjusting from the Nikon controls to the canon ones is not that difficult. It's like riding a bike, once you learn it it's hard to forget.

TheRan Goldmember 1,555 posts Likes: 2 Joined Jan 2010 Location: Hertford, England More info | You can get Nikon to Canon adapters, but not the other way round as Nikon has a longer flange back distance and the tiny mount means the Canon lens mount would have to go in front of it instead of inside.

I bought another a fortnight ago. 329 from jessies (cheapest in the country? - I couldnt believe it) much better built than the 580 and thats saying something as the original is a tank Canon 1Dx MKII, Canon 1Dx, Canon 1D MKIV, 2x Speedlite 580EX II, 16-35 L, 70-200 IS L, 24-70 L, 300mm 2.8 ISII L, 50mm f/1.4, Sigma 12-24mm Fisheye, Sigma Art 35mm f/1.4

Hardware wise there's not much over any other old flash except for some circuitry for all the TTL shiz, it certainly doesn't cost £160 more to make than a 430 so how they can justify the price hike I don't know. Hell even that's far too much at £180.
