really right stuff L bracket. It's a kick ass tripod clamp bracket that lets you flop the camera 90ยบ w/o changing the head adjustment. I also like them because they're kinda like roll cages for the camera. Not that I don't take care of my gear, but mentally it's nice just to have there for me for some reasons. They're on the sides of a few of those bodies.

I'll play. Here is my 1D MkII w/ 24-105 f4 L sitting on a Bogen/Manfrotto 055XPROB w/ 488RC2 head. Pic taken with my wife's Kodak P&S.

At some point, I need to break down and clean those rubber grip panels. :)
