i wouldn't call it a "back up" you might as well have bought a 5Dc for that. but just another main body that works differently than a 7d

But it's nowhere near the same league as my Holga, the 5D's automatic features make it such an amateur camera. Believe me - your 5D is light-years behind my Holga in quality and overall feel of the photograph. -Dave
