It's such a fun camera you guys, I totally love that little thing. I just drop it in a bag with my rangefinder and head out with some film. I love it as a walk-around camera.

Now I just leave my DSLRs in the bag for serious work ;)

Absolutely true. The X100 is a sweet little camera. It's interface is quirky and doesn't compare to the ease of Canon (or the Nikons of my past life;)) and the AF as well as RAW file writing speed are very sluggish but the images at ISO 3200 are incredible. My vacation kit suddenly became VERY light.

Great combo, I know it's a personal preference but try shooting a bit with out the canon filter. I noticed the picture quality a bit sharper when I had the 24-105 lens with nothing on the front element. Cheers

As of late i've been realizing what a gorgeous lens the 24-105 was...

I kinda miss mine, To be honest with you all...But I do love the 15-85 just as much..

Think of it like an old girlfriend, Theres always at least one previous girlfriend whom you might actually miss sometimes because of certain things....Sure your new girlfriend is likely awesome too, but theres always a little longing for the past...

The Canon filters haven't exactly received good reviews. Not sure why they sell so lousy branded filters when they do have the skills and knowledge to evaluate these filters themselves and notice how much they impact their lenses performance.

 You are correct. A VERY large ceiling fan.

Another shot of the X100 on a Kirk Mighty Low Boy/ Markins combo

That's preposterous! Get that tiny camera off a tripod. You and I both know it doesn't need one ;)

Nice Gordy's strap btw ;)
