This camera's been through hell and back. And I only paid $10 for it.

And my digil, because it's my baby (had to do a self portrait, because I can't find my Nikon P&S)

(And yes, I am a tremendous doucher because I taped over the Rebel badge. Can't we just call it a 550D everywhere, Canon?)

That's funny, I have always felt the same. Do Americans really care if it's a Rebel...? Maybe in 1990... not now... Sometimes marketing people get it wrong...

Yeah, I really, really don't care for the Rebel moniker. It just makes what's otherwise a great, solid machine sound, well, like a toy.

Lol tbh, if i had a choice of owning a rebel i would rather have that name instead of how they market it over in japan. A Kiss x4? Really?

Meh.. I get confused with that naming at Japan.

If i would get a Rebel. I would rather have it named XXXD like in the EU.

Wow!

You can answer a question for me - I heard the new versions of the "big whites" are a different shade. I see you have the new 400/2.8, so is it a different colour from the others? In this shot it looks like it could be.

Its more white than the others i believe..all the new "white" lenses are actually white instead of off-white
