Is this loop lighting?

I was doing some ISO tests and I was trying to do loop lighting. Using my modeling lamps, I really could not see the loop. I was futzing with the light position but I just couldn't see it. So I just gave up and did the tests. But I do see a bit of a loop. Is this it? Can you please give me some tips to achieve loop lighting?

BTW, I am not ready for a complete critique. This was just a test.

Thanks Dave. Scott's book is the one I am reading. Unfortunately, it's a bit vague when it comes to helping with exact strobe placement.

If you can check out Master Lighting Guide for Portrait Photographers by Christopher Grey. There is a whole section on loop lighting and it includes light placement.

I think your key is a bit too low and too far camera left.
