Curse you Tareq, for making us all want one! ;) My wife will curse you doubly (if not more) when I show up with one some day.

You said you will save $2k-3k? come over and you will have a great holiday here, come now as here is the best weather in UAE nowadays, cool fresh air, so you will have a great holiday and a free workshop using H3D ;)

Steve McCurry will have a workshop in UAE in February, i think he will use H3D and Nikon D3, so come over and join him, but you will pay for him ;)

What you should try, Tareq, is REALLY underexposing a shot, and then jacking the exposure WAY up in post. That'll knock your socks off.

In fact most of the shots above taken by H3D are way underexposed a bit and i increased the exposure by pp.

No, it would be necessary to SPEND that much ($2k-3k) on airfare, to come to UAE to buy at a price which is lower than NYC mailorder prices by a mere $1k.

Talking about sharpness

http://www.filesavr.com/a0000118 (external link)

I saw one shot on the net taken with this beast, it was enough shot for me to increase my purchase of this camera, really unbelievable sharpness with standard lens, how it will be with the sharpest hasselblad lens then?

Tareq - is there supposed to be a picture there? Just looks like some sort of marketting pitch to download some sort of software.

I downloaded that shot and was fairly impressed, but it was only 2k x 1.5k pixels, so not really a true representation of the native file!
