Hawk ID Please

Today's weather is currently 6º with a 30+ mph wind. So what do you do when you want to take bird pics? You take pictures of ones that show up on your woodpile.

I don't think I've ever seen this bird before and I would like to know what it is. Can someone ID it for me? Thanks!

It's either a Coopers Hawk or a Sharp Shinned, but I'm not getting into that arguement again.

Excellent shot of this bird! Very majestic "over the shoulder glare"

I'd say Sharpie also because of the black cap and red eyes.

No, wait, it's a Cooper's. Definitely a Cooper's. There's no doubt about it, it's a Sharp Shinned. Yup. That's what it is, a Sharp Shinned. I've never seen such a nice shot of a Cooper's through non-optical glass.
