I am looking for a new video camera and was looking for somewhere to find some feed back on what I should do. Not sure if this is the place I should be looking for this info but if anyone can help it would be awesome or if you could tell me where to post this to find info that would help also.

So here is the deal, I shoot mainly snowboard and skateboard photography but I used to shoot video, back when I shot video I was shooting with a sony vx2000 and it was perfect for what I needed however I never got the century optics fisheye that I wanted (I got a cheaper lens off of ebay and it did just about the same thing.

The handle that the vx had helped while doing follow cams and it was great in low light. The zoom and focus ring were amazing, I really really used the zoom ring a ton.

Now I am looking for something smaller that I can keep in my photo bag for those behind the scenes shots and if we don't have a film guy on a shoot. I was looking at canon HF11 I haven't looked too much into it but I was just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with this camera. Also I was looking to find a "Death lens for it also. Or I guess they call it a baby death lens. (.3 fisheye)

Thanks in advance

Try DV Info (external link). There seems to be a plethora of info on there. Hope it helps!
